We support CAE users in day-to-day business

As a leading provider of complete solutions for computer-assisted simulation in industry, research and teaching, we use the extensive know-how of our more than 130 engineers and exclusively serve our customers through practically experienced simulation experts.

In your day-to-day work, you support CADFEM employees who, in addition to their support activities, also work as calculation engineers, for example, in the context of simulation projects, which we carry out on behalf of our customers.

We support you with the software installation, with questions concerning the operation or with the testing and evaluation of your FEM models and construction variants and whenever you need help - even before starting your calculations, to avoid errors from the beginning.

What you can expect from us is good accessibility, a pool of experts on very different topics, up-to-date information and competent answers.

Our services

We offer user support for the following software products:

  • optiSLang
  • AnyBody

On the basis of a service contract (service-level agreement), we ensure the availability and performance of your hardware through defined reaction times, IT processes and comprehensive services.

We will discuss with you your simulation models, so that you can continue to work quickly and be on the safe side with your simulation approach.

Within the scope of user support, we also advise you in the preparation of your simulation project so that you can set up your calculation as best as possible and reach your goal safely. This oral briefing delineates a possible simulation approach and is often helpful to avoid errors from the outset.

We would be happy to provide you with further advice on the planning of your simulation projects within the framework of a project contract. A comprehensive, detailed, and documented solution of your task is documented in a written manual.
